Hands And Back Cramps

A new machine has integrated kitchen. MAP for short bread maker for others to find a place among my other tools.


When my dad and my mom came last winter, Dad and I had tested the homemade bread. Because here is not necessarily evident ca go buy her wand every morning as in France! The 1st attempts were not very conclusive, but after some time the bread was very good.

The problem is that it is time to do and if we want fresh bread every day is straightforwardly the wound. Yet what does it is good a piece of fresh bread! What I did not make bread it was rectangular. I love the wand!

My MAP has resolut my problem. I chose one that had a cycle "paste". I put all the ingredients in the machine. It works for me for 1h30 and after I have only shape my dough into a baguette and cook! And tadam ... fresh bread, hot, huh!


Although the economy is not as airy baguette baker and the crust was not the same texture but not bad and it's good. By cons, if you have any suggestions to solve these two problems I'm all ears!

My recipe for my wand at the MAP

- 150g water
- 1.5 ca cafe
salt - 1 / 2 ca coffee sugar
- 250g flour
- 2.5 ca cafe yeast for MAP

Place all ingredients that, above all, in that order and put it on the dough cycle. These amounts are for 1 stick. This corresponds to a little over a meal for us. Which is perfect for the week. The weekend double the quantities to see the taste!

At the end of the cycle, remove dough on a floured board and work a little. Preheat the oven to 240 degrees C or 425 degrees F. Shaping baguettes, make Grigne and bake on parchment paper or flour in special molds. Put a dish with water in the bottom of the oven for moisture and spray water over the bread several times during cooking to what golden. Bake 25 minutes about. Allow 5 min oven off to avoid too much moisture in the crumb and is ready!
